Simmered Sweet Potatoes

  • 250 grams Sweet potato
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 10 grams Margarine
  • 3 drops Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 tbsp Brandy

    Roughly chop the potatoes and soak in water and drain.

    Put the ingredients marked into a frying pan and heat.

    When the butter melts, put in the potatoes.

    Simmer the potatoes in medium heat while shaking the pan from time to time.

    Flip over when the potatoes become translucent.

    When the liquid is almost completely boiled down, turn the heat to low and add the remaining ingredients.

    Shake the pan until the potatoes are completely coated.

    If you can't wait to eat it while it's hot, that's okay!
