- 250 grams Sweet potato
- 1/3 cup Water
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 10 grams Margarine
- 3 drops Vanilla extract
- 1/3 tbsp Brandy
Directions

1Roughly chop the potatoes and soak in water and drain.

2Put the ingredients marked into a frying pan and heat.

3When the butter melts, put in the potatoes.

4Simmer the potatoes in medium heat while shaking the pan from time to time.

5Flip over when the potatoes become translucent.

6When the liquid is almost completely boiled down, turn the heat to low and add the remaining ingredients.

7Shake the pan until the potatoes are completely coated.

8If you can't wait to eat it while it's hot, that's okay!

9But if you wait a bit, the flavor soaks in and it looks better, too.

10Even when cooled, the butter won't get clumpy.
