- 8 pork chops
- 8 large potatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 c. water
- 5 chopped carrots
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grease Dutch oven.

2Flour pork chops lightly.

3Brown both sides on stove, then add all ingredients except potatoes and carrots.

4Cook pork chops in oven for 1 hour at 375°.

5Add a little more water and salt and pepper.

6Add potatoes and carrots. Cook 1 more hour.

7Serve piping hot.
