Simple Basic Yeast Dough - "No Kneading"

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Add yeast to water; let stand a few minutes.

2Stir to dissolve.

3Combine milk, margarine and sugar; heat to about 120°. Cool; add eggs, salt and 2 cups of flour.

4Beat thoroughly.

5Stir into yeast mixture.

6Blend in remaining flour; beat 5 minutes.

7Do not knead.

8Brush with shortening.

9Cover and let rise 1 hour. Turn out on lightly floured surface.

10Knead 1 minute.

11Shape into rolls.

12Bake at 350° until brown.
