- 4 very thin sliced pork chops, deboned
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/8 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Place butter and soy sauce in frying pan and bring to a boil. Place slices in pan and cook until brown on both sides and in center.

2Keep adding soy sauce until the meat soaks it up.

3Place take into consideration that meat shrinks up a little.

4Serve hot, warm or cold.
