Simple breakfast pizza

Ingredients
- 2 corn tortillas
- 2 tbsp Pizza sauce or salsa
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Cheese of your choice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions

1Heat a frying pan on stove on medium heat.

2(Cooking spray recommended )

3Beat eggs on microwave safe bowl and cook for 1-2 minutes in microwave until done.

4(Quick rad way to make scrambled eggs in a hurry)

5On each tortilla, spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce.

6Put a few sprinkles of cheese on top of sauce.

7Chop eggs with fork into small pieces and add half to one tortilla and half to the other.

8Season as desired - not necessary.

9Then divide the chopped parsley over each tortilla and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

10Carefully transfer loaded tortillas to heated pan and lightly fry until crispy and the cheese is melted.

12Can very easily be turned into a low fat / low calorie breakfast.
