  • 1/2 lb. pan dressed or 1/3 lb. fish fillets per person
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or oil
  • salt for sprinkling
  • lemon pepper seasoning
  • paprika

Directions

    Wash and dry fish.

    Place fish in single layer in foil lined shallow baking pan.

    Brush with butter and seasonings.

    Broil 4 inches from heat source for 5 to 8 minutes per side until fish is browned and flakes when tested with fork.
