  • 1 white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (about two large lemons)
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
