  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 18 cup water
  • 1 12 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper

    Heat it on a medium setting.

    Add the garlic and 1 tsp of water to the pan.

    Cook, stirring frequently, for about 30 seconds.

    Add the cabbage, tamari, and remaining water.

    cook, stirring regularly, until the cabbage becomes a bright green.

    Turn off the heat.

    Add the margarine and black pepper, and serve immediately.
