- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 18 cup water
- 1 12 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Place a wok or frying pan on the stove.

2Heat it on a medium setting.

3Add the garlic and 1 tsp of water to the pan.

4Cook, stirring frequently, for about 30 seconds.

5Add the cabbage, tamari, and remaining water.

6cook, stirring regularly, until the cabbage becomes a bright green.

7Turn off the heat.

8Add the margarine and black pepper, and serve immediately.
