  • 1000 grams Sushi rice
  • 6 sheets Nori (dried seaweed sheet)
  • 2 Avocado
  • 1 packages Salmon
  • 1 White sesame seeds
  • 8 leaves Lettuce

Directions

    Spread a layer of sushi rice over a piece of cling film that is the same size as a sheet of nori seaweed.

    Then place the nori, lettuce, avocado and salmon on top and roll everything up tightly.

    Coat with sesame seeds and slice however thick you want to make them.

    Serve on a plate with some sashimi soy sauce.
