  • 1 package Pork Chops (enough For 4 Servings)
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Crushed Red Pepper

    Wash pork chops and add to a 6-quart pot.

    Cover chops with water (you may want to fill it a little over half).

    Add salt and pepper and crushed red pepper.

    Boil chops until they are just about to fall apart.

    Remove bones.

    Cut cabbage in chunks and add to the pot with the pork.

    Boil until cabbage is done to your liking.

    Serve with mashed potatoes or brown rice and buttered corn bread.
