- 1 12 cups flour
- 34 cup sugar
- 14 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cold water
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F.

2Grease and flour bouquet pans.

3In large bowl, sift together flour sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

4Add vanilla, water, oil and vinegar; ix well until batter is smooth.

5Pour batter into pans, dividing evenly.

6Bake at 325F for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.

7Cool 15 minutes; invert pan and cool completely.
