  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. crawfish tails
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1/3 c. onion tops
  • seasoning

    Saute onion in butter until transparent.

    Add soup and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

    Add crawfish and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
