- 5 grams Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 170 grams Cold water
- 3 cubes Ice
Directions

1Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix in a circular motion with cooking chopsticks.
