Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 oz chili
  • 1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn
  • 1 can 15 oz dice tomato with chilies ....ie rotel
  • 1 can 15 oz chili beans
  • 2 packages 6.5 oz each corn bread mix
  • 2 cup velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 F

    Mix canned ingredients in large bowl
  3. 3
    Pour into 10x13x2 casserole pan
  4. 4
    Mix cornbread as directed on package and pour on top of can mixture
  5. 5
    Bake for 15 minutes until surface of cornbread is dry to touch
  6. 6
    Place cubed cheese on top and put back in oven
  7. 7
    Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and nicely browned.

    Serve and enjoy
