Simple Edamame Spring Rolls

- 1 Edamame (frozen is fine)
- 1 Spring roll wrappers
- 2 slice Sliced cheese
Directions

1If your edamame is fresh, boil it, and remove from the pods.

2If frozen, thaw.

3Cut the spring roll wrapper into 4.

4Cut the cheese into 1 cm wide pieces.

5Place the edamame and cheese on the wrapper, and brush the three sides with water-dissolved flour to act as paste.

6Then wrap them up to become spring rolls.

7Push down firmly on the areas with your flour paste.

8Deep-fry in oil until browned.

9Once you remove them from the oil, quickly sprinkle with salt.

10I also tried making these with corn!

11They were sweet, and I think my kids like these better.

12I made these with boiled egg in a triangle shape.

13Enjoy it with ketchup!
