  • 23 cups tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 medium lemon juiced
  • 15 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans) can, drained
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste, as much as you like

Directions
