- 8 ounces sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (Cook & Serve type)
- 3 ounces sugar-free lemon gelatin
- 2 1/3 cups water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
- 1 1/2 cups light whipped topping
Directions

1In small saucepan, combine pudding mix and gelatine.

2Add water and lemon juice.

3Stir until smooth.

4Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.

5Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer or until thickened.

6Remove from the heat; cool clightly.

7Pour into crust.

8Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
