Simple Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients

  • 100 g cheddar cheese, Grated (maybe more for extra taste)
  • 150 g macaroni
  • 25 g plain flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 25 g butter or 25 g margarine
  • 1 tomatoes, Chopped into slices (optional)

Directions

    Bring a saucepan of water to the Boil.

    Add the Macaroni and Cook as Packet Instructs.
  3. 3
    Meanwhile, Add Flour Milk and Marg/Butter in a seperate Saucepan and heat on medium heat on hob, Whisking with a hand-whisk Constantly.

    When Starting to thicken add most of the cheese and continue to whisk.

    (save some cheese for topping).

    When thick and pasta is Al dente.

    Add Pasta to an oven proof dish (small one) and pour over the sauce.

    Top with the left over cheese and Tomato if used.

    And grill until crispy and Brownish, (To your taste).

    Serve Warm.
