Ingredients
- 100 g cheddar cheese, Grated (maybe more for extra taste)
- 150 g macaroni
- 25 g plain flour
- 200 ml milk
- 25 g butter or 25 g margarine
- 1 tomatoes, Chopped into slices (optional)
Directions

1Bring a saucepan of water to the Boil.

2Add the Macaroni and Cook as Packet Instructs.

3Meanwhile, Add Flour Milk and Marg/Butter in a seperate Saucepan and heat on medium heat on hob, Whisking with a hand-whisk Constantly.

4When Starting to thicken add most of the cheese and continue to whisk.

5(save some cheese for topping).

6When thick and pasta is Al dente.

7Add Pasta to an oven proof dish (small one) and pour over the sauce.

8Top with the left over cheese and Tomato if used.

9And grill until crispy and Brownish, (To your taste).

10Serve Warm.
