  • 12 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, minced (opt. ribs and seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • sea salt, to taste
  • organic tortilla chips or pita chips, for serving

    In a medium bowl, combine mango*, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1/4-inch pieces (about 2 cups), onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice; season with salt.
