Simple Orange Scones

- 2 cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Orange Zest
- 1 stick Butter
- 1/4 cups Yogurt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/4 cups Orange Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F.

2In a medium bowl mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and orange zest. Use a pastry cutter or a fork to cut in butter.

3In a small bowl combine yogurt, egg, orange juice and cream. Slowly pour wet mixture into the flour mixture.

4Pour dough onto a lightly floured surface and form a large circle.

5Cut the circle into four equal pieces. Cut those in half and place each on a cookie sheet.

6Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let scones cool.
