- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 cup oil (or unsweetened applesauce)
- 34 cup sugar (or 1/ cup substitute such as Splenda)
- 1 -2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 14 cup water
- 12 cup andes mint chocolate chips (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Sift flour, baking powder and sugar together in a bowl.

3Add water oil and gently work together.

4Add the peppermint extract, and mint chocolate chips.

5Place on lightly sprayed cookie sheet.

6Bake for about 12-15 minutes.

7or until toothpick comes out clean.
