- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 sheet nori
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions

1Combine rice, water and butter in rice cooker and turn on.

2After rice is done cooking, crack and beat the eggs.

3Pour on top and leave for 1 minute.

4Plate it, shred the nori over it and toss with soy sauce.
