  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 sheet nori
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Directions

    Combine rice, water and butter in rice cooker and turn on.

    After rice is done cooking, crack and beat the eggs.

    Pour on top and leave for 1 minute.

    Plate it, shred the nori over it and toss with soy sauce.
