- 1 12 cups long grain rice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 3 cups boiling water
Directions

1In a heavy saucepan or a skillet with a tight fitting lid, saute the rice in butter over medium heat, stirring constantly, until rice begins to brown (5 to 8 minutes).

2Dissolve the bouillon cube in hot water.

3Add water to the rice, stir once, and cover the pot.

4Reduce heat to lowest setting and cook for 20 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
