- 1 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 2 slices bread, crumbled
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook macaroni in 6 cups boiling, salted water for 12 minutes.

3Drain, but do not rinse.

4While cooking macaroni, combine mushroom soup, evaporated milk and pimento.

5Add liquid from salmon, the salmon flaked in large chunks and bones removed and half of grated cheese.

6Mix well and stir in cooked macaroni.

7Turn mixture into an oiled 6 cup baking dish.
