- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar

11. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

22. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together flour, confectioner's sugar, salt, and baking powder.

33. Cut butter into cubes. Add butter and vanilla to the flour mixture. Mix until a stiff dough forms.

44. Press dough into a 9-inch round cake pan. Prick all over with a fork. Sprinkle granulated sugar over the dough.

55. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden. Cut into wedges while still warm. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Separate wedges and serve.
