  • 8 ounces pasta, dry pappardelle
  • 3 cups Baby Spinach
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt & pepper

Directions

    Boil pappardelle according to package directions.

    Put spinach, parmesan and butter in a large bowl.

    Drain pasta, add to bowl.

    Toss to mix, coat and wilt spinach.

    Season with salt and pepper.
