- 8 ounces, weight Baby Spinach
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 6 whole Corn Tortillas
- 4 ounces, weight Queso Fresco, Crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon Buffalo Wing Sauce (or Other Hot Sauce)
Directions

1Saute the onions in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
