  • 8 ounces, weight Baby Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 6 whole Corn Tortillas
  • 4 ounces, weight Queso Fresco, Crumbled
  • 1 Tablespoon Buffalo Wing Sauce (or Other Hot Sauce)

Directions
