Simple Tempeh Manis

- 1 Tempeh
- 1 pinch High quality salt
- 3 tbsp Kecap manis
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 Soy bean oil (or your choice of oil)
Directions

1Finely chop the tempeh.

2Fry the tempeh in a frying pan (in 2-3 batches).

3Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and add all of the tempeh back into the pan.

4Then add the ingredients and mix everything together.

5It's ready!

6You can add some citrus juice over the top for extra zest.

7Have fun with the flavours.

8This is kecap manis, a sweet ketchup made with black soy beans.
