Simple Tempeh Manis

  • 1 Tempeh
  • 1 pinch High quality salt
  • 3 tbsp Kecap manis
  • 1 clove Garlic (grated)
  • 1 Soy bean oil (or your choice of oil)

Directions

    Finely chop the tempeh.

    Fry the tempeh in a frying pan (in 2-3 batches).

    Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and add all of the tempeh back into the pan.

    Then add the ingredients and mix everything together.

    It's ready!

    You can add some citrus juice over the top for extra zest.
