- 8 ounces breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 20 ounces Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 cup onion, shredded
- 2 large eggs
- 4 ounces plain yogurt
Directions

1Mix potatoes,shredded onions ,eggs, yogurt & sausage.

2Heat & season waffle iron according to manafacturer.

3Put 4 ounces potato mixture on each section of waffle iron & cookabout 15-20 minutes until potatoes are crispy & brown.

4Put in 250 degree oven while cooking remainder of waffles.

5Serve with topping of your choice.
