  • 8 ounces breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled
  • 20 ounces Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 cup onion, shredded
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 ounces plain yogurt

Directions

    Mix potatoes,shredded onions ,eggs, yogurt & sausage.

    Heat & season waffle iron according to manafacturer.

    Put 4 ounces potato mixture on each section of waffle iron & cookabout 15-20 minutes until potatoes are crispy & brown.

    Put in 250 degree oven while cooking remainder of waffles.

    Serve with topping of your choice.
