- 1 large pkg. partially thawed frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 1 can creamed mushroom, chicken or celery soup
- 1/2 c. Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, shredded cheese and 1/2 can French fried onion rings together.

2Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350°.

4Sprinkle remaining French fried onion rings on top.

5Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until bubbly; serve hot.
