  • 1 large pkg. partially thawed frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 1 can creamed mushroom, chicken or celery soup
  • 1/2 c. Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

    Mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, shredded cheese and 1/2 can French fried onion rings together.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle remaining French fried onion rings on top.

    Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until bubbly; serve hot.
