1Yogurt Dressing:.

22 tablespoons low-fat yogurt

31 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

4lemon pepper

51 teaspoon basil, dried

7Preheat oven to 450F or 230 degrees celsius.

8Prepare aluminum foil for quantity of fish that you will be using.

9If you double the recipe, then double the aluminum foil.

10Prepare the Yogurt Dressing on the side and refrigerate for at least a half an hour.

11Curl up the aluminum foil so that it will retain the juice from the Yogurt Dressing.

12Apply dressing on top of fish; some people put part of the dressing in the aluminum foil and then on top of the fish.

13Dress up your fish with tomatoes and onions on top.

14Close aluminum foil so that it can steam to perfection for about 5-7 minutes for fresh fish and 10-12 minutes cooking time for frozen.

15Temperatures will vary depending on the thickness of your fish.
