  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick oleo or butter, melted
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans (more if prefer)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box confectioners sugar

Directions

    Mix the cake mix, 1 egg and oleo or butter with pecans.

    Press in an 11 x 13-inch greased and floured pan; set aside.

    Mix 2 eggs, cream cheese and sugar together; pour over first mixture. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
