Sinfully Rich Chocolate Cake

   Mix cake mix according to package directions and bake.

   Let cake cool.

   Poke holes in top of cake with handles of wooden spoon. Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake holes.

   It will run down sides of cake.

   Spread fudge topping over cake, then cover with Cool Whip.

   Chop up Heath candy bars and sprinkle on top of cake.
