- 3 lb. sirloin, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 lb. large mushroom caps
- 2 c. Italian dressing
Directions

1Cut bacon into 1 1/2-inch squares.

2Thread skewers with sirloin, bacon and mushrooms caps.

3Repeat until skewers are full. Marinate in dressing for 2 or 3 hours at room temperature, turning frequently.

4Cook over charcoal grilled to desired doneness.
