  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 can cream of celery or chicken gumbo soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 (No. 2 1/2) can chow mein noodles
  • 1 small can boned chicken (more chicken can be used)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (all soups undiluted) in a casserole; sprinkle top with dry cereal (any kind will do, but corn flakes are best).

    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 375°, then uncover for 15 minutes more.
