  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 2 c. lean ground beef
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    In a casserole dish, make a layer of each ingredient.

    Cover and bake one hour at 325°. Uncover and bake up to one hour or more until vegetables are tender.
