- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. almond extract
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Cream butter, adding sugar until creamy.

2Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Fold in sifted dry ingredients, alternating with milk, beating until smooth.

4Add vanilla and almond extract.

5Bake in 9-inch pans at 325° for approximately 12 minutes.

6Use approximately 6 heaping tablespoonfuls of batter to each pan; makes 6 thin layers.
