  • 3 c. sliced-pared potatoes
  • 1- 17 oz. can whole kernel corn-drained
  • 1 medium onion-sliced
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1-16 oz. can tomatoes - cut up

Directions

    In a 3 quart casserole dish-layer potatoes, corn, onions and ground beef, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.

    Pour tomatoes over all.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 1 3/4 hours or until tender.
