- 5 c. flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 beaten eggs
Directions

1Mix together all dry ingredients.

2Add other ingredients, mix thoroughly and store in covered bowl in refrigerator.

3Do not mix second time.

4Fill muffin cups and bake at 400° for 20 minutes. May add any fruit variation.

5Will keep well in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
