- 20 to 30 white bread slices
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. finely diced salami
- sliced bacon
Directions

1Trim crusts from bread.

2Flatten each slice by rolling lightly with rolling pin.

3Beat together cream cheese and mustard; stir in Cheddar cheese and salami.

4Spread on bread.

5Roll up each slice, starting with one of the corners; cut in half.

6Roll half slice bacon around each pinwheel and fasten with a toothpick.

7Place on broiler pan and bake in 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes until bacon is crisp.

8Makes 40 to 60 pinwheels.
