- 2 cans vegetarian Skallops
- 1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1 large jar favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Combine bread crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

2Dip each piece of gluten into eggs, then bread crumbs and brown in hot oil until golden brown.

3Layer in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish:

4gluten, tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese.

5Top with sauce and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
