- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin
- 4 boned chicken breasts
- 1 mint sprig, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. chutney
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
Directions

1Trim fat from steak and chicken; cut into 2-inch cubes.

2Shake remaining ingredients in covered container.

3Pour over meat; cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

4Turn several times. Thread meat on skewer with choice of vegetables (i.e. cherry tomatoes, mushrooms or onions).
