Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. sugarless sweetener
  • 2 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplements, dissolved in 2 c. water
  • 2 c. finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 c. each: green onions and celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 c. diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

Directions

    In a coated skillet, combine ground turkey, onions, celery and brown together.

    Drain mixture.

    Add all seasonings and supplements and bring to a boil.

    Lower heat and add cabbage and mushrooms.

    Simmer until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
