- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. sugarless sweetener
- 2 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplements, dissolved in 2 c. water
- 2 c. finely shredded cabbage
- 1/4 c. each: green onions and celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 c. diced tomatoes
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Directions

1In a coated skillet, combine ground turkey, onions, celery and brown together.

2Drain mixture.

3Add all seasonings and supplements and bring to a boil.

4Lower heat and add cabbage and mushrooms.

5Simmer until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
