- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 c. sliced green onions
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Coat chicken with flour.

2Over medium heat in large skillet, saute garlic, onion and mushrooms for 3 minutes; remove with slotted spoon.

3Add chicken to skillet and cook 5 minutes per side.

4Add broth and soup; cook 5 minutes.

5Return mushroom mixture to skillet and cook an additional 5 minutes.
