- 4 ears fresh corn
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Prepare corn.

2Cut enough kernels from corn to measure 2 cups (scrape ears with back of knife to extract all pulp and milk). Cook and stir all ingredients in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until margarine is melted.

3Cover and cook over low heat until corn is tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
