  • 2 1/2 oz. (1 c.) dried beef, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. minced pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. stuffed olives

    Rinse beef if salty.

    Lightly fry beef and onion in oleo until beef begins to curl.

    Stir in flour; add corn.

    Heat until hot. Add milk, cheese, green pepper and olives.

    Stir over low heat until cheese melts.

    Serve on buttered toast.
