- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

2Grease 2 cast-iron skillets.

3Pour 1/2 mixture into each skillet.

4Bake in 400° oven for 50 minutes, until golden brown.

5Makes two cornbreads.
