  • 1 lb. bulk sausage, shaped in 1-inch balls
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 3 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
