- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 small can chopped chili peppers
- 10 flour tortillas
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion.

2Drain excess fat; add other ingredients, except tortillas and cheese.

3Dip tortillas into hot oil just long enough to soften.

4Drain on paper towels.

5Place 1/4 cup grated cheese on each tortilla; roll up each tortilla.

6Place in skillet of sauce mix.

7Cover and cook until heated through. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
