Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. caraway seeds
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk (1% or 2%)
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.

2Cut in butter or margarine with pastry blender.

3Add caraway seeds, eggs, milk, light cream and raisins.

4Mix well.

5Spoon into well-greased iron skillet (10 1/2-inch size).

6Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour.

7Cool on rack before slicing.
